1. Early access and waitlist
Tunvilo is currently under active development. By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communication regarding product availability, preview releases, and feature testing. Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to purchase or subscribe.
2. Your content and deliverables
You retain complete ownership and all intellectual property rights to files, work product, and media you upload or deliver using Tunvilo. Tunvilo only stores and serves your files to facilitate the pay-to-unlock transfer to your intended client.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tunvilo to upload, distribute, or demand payment for content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or violates any third-party rights.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
During the early access and preview period, Tunvilo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
